We can't imagine a better crew. They were so pleasant and invested in making it the best cruise ever. They were flexible with changing plans or getting us that special reservation for 12! They kept our rooms and the spaces in pristine condition. They anticipated every desire, were waiting with cool towels every time we returned on the tender. They were tireless in their work, always with a smile. They were friendly without being overly present. They didn't wait for you to ask something, they asked you if you wanted anything, a drink. They were helpful and cared about our 10 month old. On our second day, they requested a baby gate and rigged a gate on one of the stairs, without us even thinking of that. They were highly professional, friendly and calm. The food was perfect and delicious and we had all sorts of food allergies, etc. We did not change one proposed menu. And when a couple people dropped out of lunch plans, despite our protestations, Chef Tim whipped up a great lunch for them. Captain Trent reviewed all the cruising plans suggesting changes when he could see we liked the quiet coves better than the hustle bustle. He captured much of our trip by flying a drone, and got a replacement when our first one was shot down. They gave us great goodie bags and had all the small touches that make for a 5 star experience. They made everything easy, relaxing and fun. Exceptional! Captain Trent, Devon, Steven and the whole gang!
